We make a point of eating at Arabica Cafe on every visit to Colorado Springs and I’m happy to report that they’re still serving up delicious food. My favorite is the falafel hummus plate – good stuff.
The Arabica Cafe has some really good food! They have the best baba ghanoush (roasted eggplant with seasonings) I have ever had. Their Chicken hummus bowl is fabulous! I will definitely be back . They have a prime downtown CS location on Tejon St.
