Customer service a joke. Apparently I hit a rush and they must have been surprised cause they were overwhelmed. Ordered the family dinner and ice cream. Ask them not to make my ice cream until the dinner was done. 2 minutes later he brings my ice cream. By the time I got my food 10 min later the ice cream was melted. Got my chicken(poor quality) and fries. They forgot the gravy and bread and then the manager whispered something under his breath when I asked for what was missing. He then went to help another customer s I left. Not going back. These are the same people that want a min pay rate hike. How bout you start by doing your job and maybe you wouldn’t have to beg for raises.
