  Poor business practices. Extremely shady and would not recommend.Went here for New Years Eve with a large party. We made plans several days prior. Found out they would be open and had reservations available through a google search. Their website mentioned nothing about a cover charge. Continued to call and place a reservation. Again, nothing was mentioned about a cover charge. Arrived at the venue that night and checked in with our reservation. Again, nothing was mentioned about a cover charge. At the end of the night, they charged us $55 a head for cover. When disputed, they were unwilling to admit any fault, not remorseful in any way about the deceitful advertising on their website, and definitely not service minded when they neglected to mention or warn about the cover when making the reservation or when entering. If we had known about the cover charge, we would have most definitely made other plans. And for clarification, I have no issue that they would charge a cover, but am entirely upset they did not advertise it, did not mention it in multiple contacts, and only showed it on the final bill and were not sorry in any way. If it were not for the fact that I had early flights the next day, I would have refused to pay. Of course, they most likely would have contacted the authorities and I would be disadvantaged as I had been drinking their alcohol. Days after the incident, I find on their Facebook the advertisement and at the bottom it shows the cover charge. However, this advertisement was only on Facebook and not on their website. My parents were the ones to find this event and establishment and they don’t use Facebook. They would have never known to look there (nor should anyone have to expect to check a single source to find out about a charge). They have since updated their website to remove the event so I can’t screenshot proof. $55 for what they offered that night was also a bit pricey. I’ll give them that it was a New Years Eve event. But we had to pay for all of our food and alcohol, none of the alcohol was really exceptional, the food wasn’t something I’d write home about either. I would not recommend this place at all and in fact would recommend to everyone I know to stay away and that it’s not worth the effort. There are better NYE parties we could have gone to if we had planned to pay a cover and indeed better places with higher quality food, drink, and entertainment for a night out any other day of the year.
