My wife and I thought we’d check out Pho Saigon Grill tonight. After all, we’ve lived about ten minutes away for 5 years now and hadn’t been in to see what they’re all about.My first impression walking through the door was that of a neat, clean restaurant. My arrival time was around 4:30 on a Saturday and there was a fair amount of folks eating at the restaurant. My guess is around 20, and they seemed to be enjoying their food. Seemingly, there was only one woman working the floor and the register, but my takeout was still ready in under 10 minutes. I had the squid Vietnamese special, which was good but not amazingly flavorful or spicy as it had been advertised as. The grilled chicken bun, which my wife had, was delicious and I recommend it. The spring rolls were also quite good.Not the best Pho restaurant in town (like Pho-nomenal!) but still, pretty decent stuff.
