Nice Alternative to other local-owned chains in town. TCBY is a national chain that surprisingly only has one location in the Springs. The atmosphere is very clean and well-lit. On top of frozen yogurt from a machine (you have 8 choices), they also had hand-scooped, hard-packed kinds that you can get in a fresh-made waffle cone (chocolate dipped is an option). The hard-packed kind has no identifiable difference between ice cream in terms of texture and their flavors are just like ice cream too (mint chocolate chip, rocky road, pralines and cream, etc).They also have a large selection of frozen cakes and take-home pre-scooped options in a freezer to choose from, which makes a nice alternative to DQ’s choices.
