Everyday is a special day. My wife and I have been dining at the owners restaurants for over thirty years.The 1515 is the bi-product of their experience over those years.This restaurant has it all from the time you are greeted till the time you leave.Prices are what you would expect for this class do restaurant. Ask for the daily specialities, the servers are well equipped to answer all of your questions.If you are a wine buff ask to meet Gene Tang . The 1515 has the largest wine cellar and selection that I have ever experienced. I as a restaurant owner overseas highly recommend Gene and Paula’s 1515 Restaurant! One last thing…save room for dessert!

Imaginative Food. We had the scallop foaming appetizer. The presentation was wonderful. It really is a beautiful appetizer. I had the blackberry pasta dish. I could not imagine how that was going to look. It was pasta with fresh blackberries surrounding the plate. It was delicious. My husband had the cod. It was very delicious also. Whenever we want a perfect evening we will return to 1515.
Bar none the best meal I have ever had! Cheese sampler, buffalo and lamb entree, chocolate flight- all delicious. The server was so nice and accommodating that my friend and I took up his table for four hours on a Friday night to drink and eat and chat! Comfortable atmosphere and amazing, five star food!
Great. Came in here late on one of Denver’s recent rainy nights for drinks. The place was calm and sparsely populated with what seemed to be regulars, but the bartender was incredibly good at making us feel welcome (she was attentive and charming). It was well lit and decorated, with hip hop playing at a suitable volume, making for a good late night atmostphere.It was a late-night happy hour and the drinks were well prices, which I appreciated. I will be going back for food.
Great Date Night Spot!. Guys – Take your girl here. Great atmosphere and food. Even stayed late to hang out at the bar after dinner. You get the best of all worlds – Great food, service and then a great bar to hang out and talk after dinner. Love it.
YIKES. Lets start with the positives… The dessert was excellent, and my steak was cooked perfectly. The manager was very attentive (sometimes too attentive). Other than that the experience was a bust… burned crab cakes, under cooked salmon (which tasted like it was previously frozen) , over dressed salad, cold and oily pomme frittes, and even the bread on the table, though warm, seemed like a brown and serve loaf from the store.
