We searched for a place to eat while in Denver and came across a hidden gem. From soup to dessert it was wonderful including the service.
Chow Morso is the real deal and sister restaurant to Denver’s famed Barolo. home made everything, fresh delicious pasta, great salads and entries. the room is bright and loud as an osteria should be. i prefer going with 2-4 people due to noise levels.
We had a group of 6 and everyone tried a different pasta that evening. Suffice it to say all were pleased with the meal. The only downside was the service was a bit on the slow side. Would certainly try again.
