The Original Pasquini's on Broadway has been bringing generations together, filling stomachs and putting smiles on faces for more than 25 years. Our philosophy is to offer high-quality, authentic Italian food in a unique and relaxed atmosphere. Here is our story... In 1986, young Melinda Pasquini and her family started a small pizzeria on South Broadway in Denver. She spent her childhood making pizzas, waiting tables and learning the ropes. The family put their hearts, souls and money into two things: quality ingredients and growing the business. The Pasquini family knew that fresh ingredients, real cheeses, and made-from-scratch pizza dough made their old-world Italian recipes taste better, and they refused to settle for anything less. This is how they distinguished themselves from other pizza places and Italian restaurants in town. Word about Pasquini's home-made lasagna and delicious desserts traveled fast, and within a handful of years the Original Pasquini's restaurant on Broadway became so popular that they had to expand to the second floor of the building to accommodate the line of hungry people wrapped around the restaurant. In 2004, Melinda purchased the Original Pasquini's restaurant from her brother. Today she continues to offer the same old-world recipes that her family brought over from Italy and serve generations of customers, from young tots enjoying their first slice to seasoned adults who remember their first visit to the Original Pasquini's more than two decades ago. We are a family Italian restaurant offering take-out, delivery, and catering.
