Little place with BIG tasting food.. Ribs were the tastiest and meatiest I ever had. 3 meat chili was great with a little kick. Also enjoyed the local beer. can’t remember when I have ever eaten such tasty food! 🙂
I Ate at Cafe Profusion with my fianc and the food was delicious!! The restaurant was clean and the service was exceptional, the owners were truly very nice. We had a great time and we will surly be going back.
This place is amazing. I had the Green Curry Chicken, which was excellent, but my daughter had the Brazed Ribs and the poor kid had to fight her Mother for the plate. We finished up with the Maple Starr Anise Mousse, which had a wonderfully complex flavor. Not too sweet either. The service was remarkable as well. We’ll be back, for sure.
Where do I start? What an incredible place to go, a family run restaurant with only five tables. Its healthy and amazing thai food. The pot roast panang is incredible. If you ever stop by Dillan make sure to go to Cafe ProFusion.
Out of this world. Gluten-free can mean more-of-the-same when it comes to eating out. Not so with Cafe ProFusion. This is one of the best restaurants I’ve ever eaten at, gf or otherwise. And it is dedicated gluten-free, no worries. The ribs were so tender and well seasoned, and the side dishes we ate (carrot ginger soup, Asian slaw, Daal lentils, and brown rice/quinoa) were delicious. Also, the maple star anise mousse for dessert was mouthwatering. Needless to say, we ate til we were stuffed and still wanted more. The owners are so nice and eager to provide a good experience. They gave us a sample of the green curry, which had just the right heat with great curry flavor. There is plenty of variety for different tastes, including for those who do not eat gf.
I have had the pleasure of traveling to Nepal, and coming in contact with flavors and plate of Kathmandu. Ever since I have left that misterious place I have yearned for that flavor. Cafe ProFusion delivers that with grace and eligance. I hope you enjoy this food as I have time and time again.
Absolutely amazing food! Chicken in yellow curry was best I’ve ever had (and I eat a LOT of curry). DH had baby back ribs, which were fall off the bone tender and beautifully seasoned. Cream brle to die for. In tricky location to find, but so worth it! Right up there in top 10 of restaurants I’ve ever eaten at–YUM!!!
