Cold Food. My wife and I ordered steaks with garlic mashers. Potatotes ranged from lukewarm to cold. The steaks were not served on a heated platter and were cold before the meal was done. At Applebee’s you are guaranteed a rather institutional steak, but it should at least be hot.
