Pretty fair restaurant. Appetizers were great, beer was good, service was decent, salmon a little over cooked. Definitely get their house made root beer. Do not get their Bloody Mary. I’m not sure what it was about their house made mix, but it did not sit right with me.
Great atmosphere. Service was excellent- friendly, timely and insightful on beer recommendations. Loved the locally grown greens- made their wedge salad a win. The Sagan’s Saigon beer was an awesome recommendation.
Great breakfast! Was in town for a couple of weeks on business and after trying a few other places I settled in at Carvers. Lots of potatoes seem to be the norm in Durango. I really liked the lighter options at Carvers. Can’t say anything about what the pace is like after breakfast.
