Pretty much the same idea as a Rudy’s but with differences.Same order meats by weight (Rudy’s is by the ounce, these guys are by the quarter pound).These guys have cheezy potatoes and pinto beans that are amazing. They also have Texas Tacos that are chopped brisket, cheezy potatoes, onions, and jalapenos jammed into a soft flour tortilla.They have free condimrnts including pickles, onions, jalapenos, chipotle mayo, cherry-chipotle salsa, orange-jalapeno mustard, cranbrrry-habanero salsa, pepper sauce, and what I think is an apricot based bbq sauce.We were very plrased with the food, atmosphere, and service.Winter hours are until 2000 hours. Summer is until 2100. hours.
