Best burger I’ve ever had. My husband and I stopped in here for lunch yesterday. So glad we did! I had the Embassy Burger. It was easily the best burger I’ve ever eaten. The meat was seasoned perfectly and very tender. The rashers and cheddar were beyond perfect. We went to the Diamond Belle Saloon this evening and I wish we’d gone back here.My husband had the fish and chips. Once again, the best either of us has ever had. Light, flavorful and perfectly fried. The cole slaw was incredible. Homemade tartar sauce was good enough to eat straight on the best chips ever. I wish we didn’t live 4 hours away from this gorgeous gem of a pub.
