The new & improved Yellow Carrot is even better than I hoped!! New sandwiches added. Extended menu with more selections – soups, burgers, breakfast, etc. More cupcake flavors, too! Still a bit pricey, but the food is very high quality & super yummy! Bigger space with lots of seating. Very friendly staff.Only two suggestions: 1. You NEED a sign out front! I was looking for the place the day before & drove right past it. Advertising brings in customers.2. Allow for small substitutions on the menu. I understand too much substitution can change the price. But If I order something & want, for example, with no egg, I should be able to leave the egg off.
