Excellent. The service was fast, staff was very polite and prompt. Our waiter was Lance and we could not have asked for better. The food was very, very good and served hot. The best food and service we had during this trip. This will definitely be where we eat when we come back to this area.
Cold food BAD service. Waiter was talking to friends while our dinner sat on the counter, food was cold and delivered with the extra cold nachos we ordered as an app….. I ate the baked potato from the dinner plate( yes they still charged for it) lol the bottom of the potato was so hard I couldn’t even cut it.
Not a Bad Second Visit. We stopped by Big Horn after leaving RMNP this afternoon. We got the same very friendly reception we got back in 2012.Raegan and I had fried chicken (again); it was great. I also had a bowl of pork chili verde. It was good, but it wasn’t what I expected in that the pork was very small (sort of minced). The fried chicken filled me up, so I didn’t finish the soup. Erin had an excellent buffalo burger and a salad. The iced tea was great, and service was very good. Our check was $57.28. billhensley.wordpress.com
Best Bfast in Estes. Eggs Benidict w smoked ham is killer good. Great dinner and lunch choices, BBQ & Lasagne.
Possibly the worst salad bar in North America. The entrees run from mediocre to bad. Environment is unsanitary.
I had the buffalo burger, and it was great, cooked just right and juicy. Wife and kids had croissant sandwiches and love them. I very happy with service and food.
Not good at all. We ate here yesterday. Service was slow, and our burgers (elk & bison) ordered medium rare arrived medium well to well done. They tasted like leather – I would have loved to have sent it back, but the server didn’t come back until it was time to give us our bill. I’ve heard the breakfasts are good. There won’t be a next time, but if you decide to go, stick with breakfast. katietalksabout.com
