Absolutely disgusted with how we were treated here. On hold for 10 minutes, didn’t tell us they were out of items until we picked up our order. She was insanely rude for no apparent reason. She was seriously vile and I will never come here again. I’ll drive all the way to the valley if I want Chinese food because the whole experience was stressful. Also got the wrong order and it was VERY expensive for a tiny amount of food.
Worst Chinese restaurant ever! If I can give no star, I will do it. I’m Chinese myself,so complain Chinese food in U.S. is not smart. But their attitude towards customers, especially Chinese, is awful! I and my friends just want some food with homeland taste after one day exhausted tour. That’s why we made this unforgivable mistake! I don’t want to tell the detailed story because it makes me feel sick! Let’s be brief, they can’t separate bills for individual customers! Yes, this happened not in China but U.S.! So I asked: the other restaurants around this area all can do it, why you can’t? The cashier told me that she doesn’t care about others, but at her place she will not do that! So I asked the Americans on the other table that if they would like to separate the bill or not. Then the cashier and other waiters became very nervous. Obviously, people on the other table did not want to get wet and that cashier just repeat 3 words: I don’t care. This made me very upset and felt they are fooling tourists because they think these people would not come back after this travel and they can do whatever they want to them! That this the only reason I can find for them that why they do not care customers feedbacks. Realized that, I just done with them and gave it up. After I give my credit card, she stared to complain in Chinese that separate bills is not that easy! Then I told her I’ve already gave in, don’t tell me these nonsense any more! When we left they said very bad words to us in Chinese, some kind of Shoo! In Estes park, I felt we were race discriminated by our own people. What a ironical joke!

Great Chinese food. Food in estes leaves something to be desired with less than adequate srrvice and mediocre food, this restaurant was a welcome surprise. drunken noodles were great, sweet n sour chicken and sesame chicken were all great. hot n sour soup was pretty good too…. clean restaurant and friendly wait staff… well definitely be back next time were in town.
