What kind of donut shop runs out of donuts? That’s like McDonald’s running out of burgers and fries. If they’re open until 2, and called the donut haus, they need to have enough donuts to last a full day. Very disappointed.

Awful parking, weird locale…. But delightful doughnuts! I try to grab a doughnut here every year when I visit. I love the applefritters – my absolutely favorite. Flavorful, with that delicious crisp. Man, I can’t wait to go this year!! Folks are always friendly to us. (Oh Lord, don’t forget to splurge and get a creamcheese topped doughnut!)This place is at a strange intersection that oftentimes people just blow right through, so be careful!
Quality morning sugar & carbs. If you’re going to get donuts or something sweet before your hike in RMNP, make a pit stop here. The donuts are offered in decent variety (apple fritters were of great quality), low price, and good quality. They aren’t gourmet fancy pants donuts, but they’re darn good. The kids working were amiable and the shop was clean. parking is tight, but you most likely won’t be staying long, so don’t fret.
Great donuts at 8k feet. These donuts are some of the best I have ever had they are perfectly made. I had a huge crispy one with a mound of cheesecake cheese on top how good is that!
Get there early … they sell out early! These old fashion delights are irresistable!
