A noisy sports bar and restaurant with a non-traditional Mexican menu with interesting choices and presentations. Cocktails and margaritas aren’t cheap but are well done. The Chimichanga I had was small but really good.
Food’s fresh and the menu is interesting. Festive vibe. Great fresh cocktail menu….no nasty, cheap pre-mixed drinks. Jessica’s service tonight was superior to most. Even with the affordability, this may be the best quality restaurant in Estes.
The best fish tacos!. Do you want to have a good fish taco? This is the adress! It is just across the Estes Park library. When i read book i become hungry;) Service is good, foods are great! The price is not ok though. Besides, in summer time it becomes so busy that you need to wait for hours. But i think you wont regret to come here.
Excellent fajitas. Super service. Everything was great.
Fresh!. My family and I were in visiting from Kentucky and were just looking for a place to eat while visiting Estes. The food was fresh, the service was friendly and attentive, and the manager came and asked us how everything was. Excellent! Will definitely return when we visit again.
Lost Vision. IT seams to be all over the place. We have been for lunch several times and supper only twice. There is a big difference between lunch and supper. The food is ok: however the decor, staff, and menu seam to be out of sync. I always feel quite confused after eating here.
Okay food, way overpriced. While staying a couple nights in Estes Park, I tried Ed’s hoping to get some good tex-mex. It was a bit of a letdown. The tortilla chips were tasteless and stale. The actual dinner, a chimichanga, was okay, but the meat was fatty and rather bland. Also, it seemed way overpriced for food hardly better than Taco Bell. Finally, our server was visibly impatient and had zero personality. I’ll be coming back to Estes Park, but I won’t be coming back to Ed’s.
