Had the Fish, Bison, Chicken,and Lamb tacos shared between my wife and I. They were all great! The bison and fish were our favorites, we each ordered a second. Bar staff are amusing and friendly. Would come back again.
Ed’s is consistent. It’s a decent tex mex joint that will fill your belly after a long hike in the mountains. Nothing is great but everything is at least ok. Service is usually pretty good but the place is insane during the tourist season.
