Horrible. You go in under the guise of getting amazing mountain food, great game, and a nice time. NOT. The elk was cold, mine was overcooked, and definitely not worth the high prices. The waitress was bad, flat out told me they didn’t carry a certain whiskey when I ordered, even though I walked past the bar to get to the restroom and saw exactly what I wanted. Never will I go again.

Worst restaurant meal ever. I dined at Hunter’s Chop House on September 12, 2014. This was the worst restaurant meal I have ever had. The salad was gritty, indicating inadequate washing of the lettuce. The bake potato was hot but hard. The steak was over cooked relative the request. Multiple tables this night were complaining about their food. Multiple tables requested to speak to the manager; the manager did not come into the dining room in response to these requests. If you enter this restaurant, run, do not walk to the nearest exit.
