Italian cuisine is under-represented in Estes so these folks fulfill a need. Actually they fulfill it rather well.The food is good and our service has been as well. Sometimes you need to take a break from steak and Mexican. This is a reasonably priced alternative. There is nothing we have tried that wasn’t good.
Excellent doesn’t begin to describe the food!!! They make the absolute BEST Spinach & Artichoke dip EVER – and we have tasted it all over! It is served with homemade garlic bread which is crispy on the outside & tender inside ad enhances the dip… Best portobello mushroom ravioli… All pasta is fresh – homemade in the restaurant… Fettuccine with pesto and crispy chicken was amazing as well as the Old World Spaghetti- highly recommend- reminiscent of dishes in Italy!!!Resonant prices as well!
Stopped for a quick bite to eat and a beer. Sat on patio which is nice and right along the river. Ordered the Italian pasta and it hit the spot. Waiter was pleasant and knowledgable.
We ate at Mama Rose’s three times and it was fantastic. My sister had the lasagna and said it was the best she has ever had. I had the shrimp scampi all three times!!! Gotta love Mama Rose’s
Sat outside by the river. What fun when a momma goose walked by with her goslings. I had the portabella mushroom ravioli topped with marinara sauce. You had your choice of sauces. It comes with a big bowl of salad to share with the table and a basket of garlic bread, yum. I like that you could order a half order of the baked pasta dishes. My husband had the chicken saltimbucco, which he liked. He did say that the pasta was over cooked. They had small portions of dessert that you could order. What a great idea when you just want a bite of something sweet. Our waiter was very attentive. I recommend this place and would go again.
Nice ambiance, good service, reasonable prices. The ravioli and eggplant Parmesan were delicious. Plenty of salad and bread with every meal. Glad we chose this place!
I eat here often and the food, service and atmosphere NEVER disappoints. I take clients here and we always have an enjoyable dining experience.
