Great breakfast, excellent service. Really? Irish Benedict? Oh yeah, you bet I’ll have that. Eggs were perfectly poached with just a wee bit of liquid in the very center – which is my preference or completely hard poached. Nice slices of corned beef perched ontop of toasted english muffins. All topped with a bright lemony hollandaise! Super delicious. Hashbrowns could have been cooked a bit more, but they were good. Breakfast burritos are huge and perfect carb laden breakfast for a trek in the park.Service was awesome. Sure, we were the only folks there, but the gentleman was attentive, friendly, talkative, and made some really pleasant conversation throughout our breakfast, without being imposing.Place was clean, though a wee bit cheaply done inside, but most folks without construction experience won’t notice that.
