Extremely poor service. Waited over an hour for breakfast that came out cold. The server seemed to not care about taking care of his customers. I saw him texting on his phone, instead of getting drinks refills for the table. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
Great food and friendly staff. The restaurant looks as if it could use a few updates. However, the food blew us away. I had a buffalo steak and my husband enjoyed the trout. Our waiter Terry did an excellent job! We will def eat here again next time we come to Estes Park!
Awful. Burned on the outside, runny on the inside omelette. Burnt toast. Dirty silverware. Undercooked sausage. Disgusting hash browns. Clumpy gravy.
Terrible Service. I didn’t like the Other Side restaurant at all. The staff wasn’t very friendly to us. They took our reservations, 2 months in advance, but didn’t bother writing it down so we didn’t have a table.This was for a party of 15. They were very rude to us while we waited like it was our fault they didn’t have our reservations. When we finally got our table, the service wasn’t great either. They didn’t offer free appetizers or free deserts or anything for their mistake. The food was overpriced and wasn’t that great either. One of the worst restuarant experiences I have ever had.
