I visited Peppers today and left without ordering. If you have allergies, don’t bother even walking in. When I asked about the ingredients in their chips, the first person had no idea, the second person had no idea and the third person actually rolled her eyes at me and said they don’t have gluten. Well that’s great…but I said my child is allergic to eggs and nuts. She actually put her arms up in the air as if I was asking her for her first born. I gave her a piece of my mind and said I’d be leaving this review. If you can’t be aware of your foods’ ingredients or give a hoot, you shouldn’t be in the food service industry in a tourist town.
The people were nice but the food wasn’t great. My friend and I both had burrito bowls. We ended up with a slop of liquid at the bottom of the bowl. Their queso is too runny and needs some spice in it. The meat was cooked nicely though.
Best food in Estes! Fresh, tasty, inexpensive and fast!
So good!! Very clean, super nice staff, generous portions and very affordable. Chipotle-style build your own, but with more options (sweet potato, pineapple mango salsa, buffalo roja, etc). Can’t say enough good things about this place!
