This use to be the best place to eat in Estes Park. The premade pizza crust is worse than cardboard! We will not be eating at Poppy’s ever again and will not recommend it to our many family and friends who visit. Sweet Basilico is WAY better!
Probably the best place to eat in Estes Park. The individual pizzas are modestly priced, the food is great, and the dining room sparkles. Staff is friendly, too. Note for vegetarians – they even have veggie pepperoni! Go. Just go.
Not really gross…but just a little. I mean I’m full…but didn’t eat much. Haha. Ummm. I liked my beer though. Will not return.
Only works if you are starving…The pizzas appear pre-made and do not taste fresh (or particularly good). After we got paged, they informed us there was a mistake and we got to wait another 15 minutes. Brought out wrong pizza, then correct pizza was rushed and beef not cooked through! I would suggest finding some other over-priced average tourist food place.
Good not Great. Decent food. Ordered a medium pizza with the red sauce. Lacking a bit in flavor. Certainly not bad, but rather bland.Place was packed on a July Saturday night, service was decent. We received our drinks and meal quickly, but the server never came by for refills. Chalk it up to being busy.It was a bit pedestrian quality at an ok price.
Incredible outside seating along the river. We had happy hour there, generous portions, excellent pricing and decent beer and wine selection. Would return!
