Best food in Estes Park. We love the Dunraven! Mushroom grand tortellini is out of this world. Hubby likes the new York strip. Salads are fantastic with homemade dressings. Creamy garlic with blue cheese crumbles is out of this world. The dollar bills on the walls is a little different, but after your first visit, when you realize the have the best food in town, it’s all good. Cozy dining experience!
Dunraven Inn Dinner. This was a Birthday dinner with family.I was concerned when i saw all the cars outside, but we were shown to our table right away.Service was attentive and helpful, food was good and prices were reasonable.All-in-all an enjoyable experience and we will go back.
We had a bit of a hard time finding the door but the food was excellent. My wife had the egg pant ptarmigan and I had lasagna, both very good. Service was a bit slow but friendly. Definately a good stop!
My husband and I ate here the first night of our honeymoon. We both agree that this was possibly one of the best Italian dinners we have ever had. The food was delicious and they had a very nice wine list!
I have heard great things about this restaurant in the past but I was not impressed. It was our first time there and I thought the food was over priced and tasteless. There was very little flavor to what I had as well as my husband’s dish.
Don’t eat here during the tourist season. As the number of tourists goes up, the quality of food goes down! Maybe the chef can’t prepare for the high volume of customers.24 Oct, 2012Great place to eat. While usually too loud for me, tonight I could easily hear all at my table. And, the restaurant was fairly full! My lasagna was excellent. The other 5 at the table liked their meals as well. The Ceaser salad was delicious, but I didn’t like the soft croutons. The waitstaff was very attentive.
Great food and service!. We went to the Dunraven on a busy Saturday night. We had reservations (make them for sure!) and were sat quickly. The service was outstanding and the food delicious! The seasonal salad was worth the 2$ and the sea scallops were some of the best I’ve had. My husband had the pesto with chicken and raved about it. We will definitely come back!
