This place is wonderful. The restaurant is bright and airy with wonderful views of the mountains and Estes Park downtown area. I’m always skeptical of breakfast restaurants because I’m picky about my eggs, but The Egg and I killed it. I asked for my scrambled eggs well done with pepper jack cheese. They were perfect. With a little golden brown coating on the outside with soft, fluffy insides. It was literally exactly how I cook my own eggs at home. Really the crown jewel of the whole experience. But the seasoned potatoes were amazing, especially with a little of the house hot sauce! And their new Kale Cooler juice is to die for, you gotta try it!!I knocked off 0.5 stars because my bacon and English muffin were a little too crispy. But it’s definitely worth stopping in.
