Similar to Chipoltle. There’s no hiding it, this place is modeled after Chipoltle and by most standards did fairly well in comparison. It was dead quiet when we ate there, which concerned me some, but the food was good. Apparently there are new owners within the last few months. The place was clean and kept well.
It’s okay, not bad, just not fantastic. The chips & ingredients were fresh, just not chipoltle restaurant tasty. If the prices were slightly lower (7.45 for a fish quesadilla), it would’ve been more acceptable. An $8 single Mexican item should be better. It really was okay, you might get the right mix of ingriedient & love it. I liked they offered boiled sweet potatoes as an option.
Great variety of flavors and colors. All laid out for me to see. Cheese sauces and grilled veggies are included. Fast. Cheap. Good. My personal fav in Estes.
