I’ve only been to this place for brunch and I’ve gotten the same thing each time. The eggs Benedict with trout and it’s one of the best Benedicts I’ve ever had. They serve the Benny with fried potatoes. The bill on the Benny is about 15 bucks but in my opinion totally worth it. Don’t drown yourself in their mimosas because they’re pretty pricey so beware ! They also give you these flaky lemon scones complimentary, I don’t even like lemon and I loved these. I suggest making a reservation it gets pretty packed. Ask for the patio it’s a beautiful scenery that overlooks evergreen lake.
Nice little spot in a beautiful setting. Had the melon soup special and trout in a rhubarb sauce. Delicious. Godd and friendly service. Worth a drive from Denver.
View was great. Food-?Not great for the price. Fish and chips were ok, but too greasy. Pasta was undercooked from the kids menu.
Outstanding….best scallop dish I have ever had!
I had a great experience at willow creek. We enjoyed a nice bottle of Viognier with a delicious lunch. The menu selection is very original and our server Hunter was so accommodating. We will definitely be back!
Terrible service… Waiter said we needed to order everything at once so the chef could time when the food came out. 25 min between apps and entrees is BAD! When we told the waitress that tables that were seated after us already had their food she said our was taking a long time because it was all cooked food. We had a burger and 2 smoked salmon sandwiches.. Last time I checked, smoked salmon wasn’t something that needed to be cooked.
Second Time A Charm!. Friends and I recently lunched at Willow Creek. It was my first time there. The lake view was wonderful, the atmosphere upscale, the menu creative and the food excellent! The missing ingredient that day was service. To make a long story short, some people are just not cut out for waiting tables….To me, the mark of a great business, is how it responds to problems. Willow Creek accepted our complaint wholeheartedly and graciously, took action and encouraged us to give them another try. Which we did. This time, our meal had all the ingredients to make it a perfect dish– wonderful atmosphere, delicious food and great service!I’m sure I will have a third (and hopefully many more) meals there.Kudos!
