Not Very Good. I’ve tried the lunch menu a few times and each time gets worse than the last. Today I ordered the pork burrito and they gave me ground beef, since I was so hungry and didn’t feel like taking it back I ate it, well half of it before I had to throw the rest away because I started to feel sick. This place was sooo much better when it was Castillon’s, I’m not a fan of nationwide restaurants, I will never eat here again.

Not the same 3 Margaritas!!. The new Fort Collins 3 Margaritas just doesn’t measure up. Not nearly as good as at the previous location. Burrito sauce watery, tomatillo sauce pretty much tasteless. Pork buritto with rice and beans and extra cheese was mostly rice, very little pork and no beans — and the cheese was dry crumbly (and very little of it) instead of mexican cheese. Did not have the characteristic flavor of mexican food. This is not the 3 Margaritas we have come to love over the past years! I hat to write this, but maybe someone there will notice and get it right!
Great margaritas. I had fried ice cream and margaritas. Not much of a dinner but I left satisfied!
First of all, we had to wait nearly 5 minutes to be seated…there were only two other small families in there. Took another 10 minutes for someone to offer drinks. This place was so dirty that it actually made me vomit. We ended up walking out. So nasty! Needs Restaurant Impossible!
