I absolutely love REAL Mexican food but this place is FAR from it! I am absolutely disgusted with everything to do with our visit there. Having a 13 month old, we rarely go out to eat so when we do, we try to enjoy ourselves! At this location, that was impossible. The waitress was completely oblivious to any questions we had regarding the menu and didn’t attempt to find someone to help answer them. More importantly, all of the (overpriced) food that we ordered was absolutely disgusting! My significant other will eat virtually anything and he took one bite of both his appetizer and entree and almost threw up. I thought perhaps he wasn’t feeling well so I tried his food and I had to spit it out. We are not people to complain but because our order was over $50 and we couldn’t eat anything we ordered, we kindly told the waitress that the food was so horrible, hoping she would, at the very least, offer to get the manager for us to speak to. She was completely unapologetic. Another waiter walked by and my boyfriend mentioned the issue to him as well. He apologized but never offered any further remedy. We spoke to a manager and the manager apologized but never did anything to rectify the problem (never offered to reduce our bill, to remake our dinners, didn’t even offer a coupon for a future visit for crying out loud). I have been trying to find a number, email address, or mailing address to write the corporate office but have been unsuccessful in locating them. We know several business owners in the Fort Collins and Loveland area and you better believe, we have let EVERYONE know about our terrible experience here and no one will be visiting there anytime soon. We will certainly NEVER be visiting or recommending this location to anyone, ever again! Clean your act up wait staff and management. People work hard for their money and have a right to be treated with some respect!
