Even a souffl!. Intimate dark n smoky-esque lounge…….throw back a bit to the speakeasy……spectacular food. The oysters, though a bit small, were incredibly tasty……the empanadas, surprisingly tasty…..though I wasn’t expecting much, and they were Delish….the cheese platter was very generous with some truly interesting cheese with 3 varied textures. Accompanied by a truly talented jazz band,the could not have been more perfect…….souffl…..remember that…..

Fun music. Good (and cheap) tapas. Ridiculously filling and tasty. Borderline expensive drinks but the food makes up for it.
One of my favorite places in town! The food is exquisitely prepared and the presentation is always superb. The only complaint I have about ace is the acoustics…so loud!
Hard to find but WAY worth it! Look for the metal awning with 239 on it next to Hu Hot, head down the steps to some of the best food and cocktails in Fort Collins. Wow! A foodie experience to remember!
Favorite Place!. I love love love this place! The food is top-notch. I’ve gone to the restaurant with the pickiest eaters and they have found dishes on the menu that they loved as is! Flatbreads, bruschetta, pork tenderloin, everything is delicious! It’s my go-to spot.
Great Atmosphere. Really fun. There was a 4 piece Jazz band that rocked, and the drinks were great. As far as food, the cheese and cracker appetizer was awesome, but we got the duck and Kobe beef entrees, and they were a little weak. But, considering it’s not really a restaurant and more of a cocktail bar, it was really great.
