I’ve never been disappointed. Everything is delicious, the service is average to above average every time, they are very consistent. I’ve been for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and it continues to be one of my favorite restaurants in Fort Collins.
The meat was fantastic! Let’s be honest here, that’s what we go to this and many other grills for is there meat. I ate the bison and it was cooked to perfection, at the advice of the waiter. It was as tender as filet minion. Also tried the ribs, I don’t typically eat pork, but these were worth the sacrifice of eating pork once maybe twice. The sides were great too, but the meat is worth the money.
