Local and lovely. Cute and quaint. Really nice menu with tons of options. Kids and hubby loved the buckwheat pancakes, and I was in heaven with my benedict. Best Hollandaise sauce. Our service was quick but not rushed. Will be back!
My husband and I were NOT impressed with the breakfast. We came because we saw the crab cake Benedict online, but it was spicy (and not listed as spicy in the menu) I have a more sensitive palette, and couldn’t eat it. The potatoes were dry and not flavored. And their famous homemade wheat bread was cut WAY too thick for French toast. It was bone dry inside and like putting syrup on plain bread. Very disappointed. Won’t be eating breakfast here again.
Excellent dinning. Caf Blue Bird is one of the most enjoyable places in fort Collins to eat. The food is excellent and inventive, And the service was prompt. They have a very friendly staff.I would recommend eating at Caf Blue Bird any day of the week
So Good!!. Everything I have tried at the Cafe Bluebird is so good!! I have been a loyal customer for more than 10 years and am always excited to bring friends and family for breakfast or lunch because I know it will be amazing. There is a great menu full of homemade goodies along with creative specials that are always new and always delicious. Friendly staff and the best coffee in town, you really can’t beat it.P.S. Try the Hollandaise… and the corn bread!!
Excellent Food, Terrible Service. Their food is amazing and I think they know it. I have been in a number times now and the establishment exudes with antagonistic attitude.
Really great food but SOOO expensive for what it is. a 9 ounce glass of juice is 3.50 cents each. a little ridiculous but if you don’t mind roughly $18 a plate it’s a great option
