This is one of the best restaurants of any kind in Fort Collins. Sadly it is tiny and the wait can be long, still people wait. The food is fresh, delicious, and exotic. I doubt there is a better Thai restaurant anywhere.
Duck Soup. A perfect little restaurant. Small, quiet, beautifully decorated. The food qualifies as extraordinary. I especially appreciated the duck soup: slices of tender duck breast in a remarkable broth with baby bok choy and thin egg noodles. Their spring rolls have that little hint of mint and ginger that make them simply wonderful. For the six year old, the waiter suggested an off-the-menu coconut, cracked open with a straw protruding. The raw papaya salad dressed with fermented crab and fish sauce was extraordinary. Service, attentive. I even managed to lure the owner out of the kitchen for appreciations after. She introduced the kitchen staff, attributing each dish to the one who actually prepared it. This place is a real gem.
Bad rating? WHAT?. This place is awesome, don’t know why it’s getting 80% only rating. Definitely a 100% rating place, food is AWESOME!
