Their gluten free burger is TERRIBLE! Thinner than a McDonalds burger and tastes worse. Other than that, I've liked it! Just don't get that burger!…

Just way too expensive. Good food but you could sink a small fortune into lunch if you order an appetizer, entree, and a beer.
Best burger I’ve ever had. You have to try their burgers. Hands down the best burgers I’ve had. I’m not a fan of any of their beers at all, but for the burgers I’ll be back. Veggie burger is awesome, and my favorite is the faburge
They have great food, which can be attributed to the fact they’re a chain and serve what all other locations serve, great food. But don’t expect much service if you’re coming to this specific location. The bar tenders are a joke. They treat you rudely and are extremely slow. Beware of the balding guy with a buzzccut and a goatee working the bar upstairs, he actually threw the receipt and the pen at us. Very unprofessional, I can’t imagine how fast I would be fired for such behavior at my job… We complained to the general manager about the poor service and he laughed us off like we were a joke. I would go to another Potts if you are addicted to the food. But in any other case avoid the franchise at all costs.
Dream Salad. This afternoon my partner and I dined at CB & Potts for the first time in awhile. We have always loved this place. Once again we were undeniably impressed with every item we ordered. Our appetizer, calamari was uniquely breaded and placed atop an unbelievable secret sauce. If you’re a calamari lover – try it. It’ll be a new and eye opening experience. For my entree I went with the Big Horn salad with blackened chicken. The flavors dance and delight each other. Sun dried tomatoes, artichokes, egg, fresh tomato, feta, blanched almonds, etc. I cleared the entire plate – how could I waste a single item? Every vegetable was fresh. The chicken was cooked to tasty exactitude and flavored to please. How do they do that with their chicken? We wondered…Our server was pleasant and on point.Nice job CB & Potts. My only reservation? Fairly expensive. But the experience will warrant the bill.
Good stuff. I like the menu, I have liked all the food I have ordered. I love that they have opened one on Horsetooth. I will be going there more just because it is close by.
Mile High Mud Pie. I love the atmosphere here. And I would go just for their mile high mud pie dessert!
