Love the place but has a flaw. We come here all the time. Its our favorite place to eat in fort collins. Won the server is by far the best server anywhere. The food is amazing and the price is great. However there is a server there named alec. He is terribly slow not attentive to the customers needs. We have gotten him twice now and each time terrible. He is really bringing down the fast and excellent service you guys have grown to be know for. Other than that problem this restaurant is amazing!!!!!!
Will not be back. First time I had tried The Chili house…the dcor was lovely and the staff was very nice and attentive. However the food was not as great as the reviews had suggested it was. I ordered the pot stickers and the tempura shrimp over vegetables and my husband had the general tso’s chicken. The best part was the potstickers, however they were still mediocre. The chicken was dry and not much flavor or heat. All in all, the food was just not the best;(
Overall, I think it’s the best in Fort Collins for entree food. Love the sweet & sour chicken & pork. I’d get that sauce served on the side if possible so you can dip it with chopsticks. General Tsao chicken is terrific. Fried rice is still really good, even though I think East Moons fried rice is better. Orange & sesame chicken wasn’t spectacular, but I got these on deliveries that took about 50 minutes, so I’ll pick those up myself next time. Lots of flavor in the Mongolian Beef and goes great with the white rice. When I want Chinese, I’m usually gonna look at the Chili House menu first. Although they deliver, it’s not always the quickest, and this sometimes turns to soggy and/or messy food once it finally gets to you. I would try to pick it up yourself if you can and allow some of that steam to escape on the way back.
Un-Happy Customer. I eat and get delivery from Chili house all the time, well it wont be happening anymore. Last sunday I ordered the Crispy Malay Chicken and loved it. I ordered it one week later and the sent me the wrong food so i call and the lady that answered the phone proceeds to tell me that they changed the entree,BS. I had to argue with her so that they would send me the right entree. So they sent the new entree same as before and tell me that it has changed. I believe they did it to make a point which is horse****. I will never be ordering from them again because they have no respect for there customers and could careless.
Amazing sushi. This restaurant is a great find in Fort Collins. The sushi is amazingly fresh and huge portions. They deliver too!
We love this place, we have delivery once a week. Our favorites are the chicken with apple off of the poultry menu and the combo pad thai off of the noodles menu. Great Food is all I can say…LOVE IT!!!
A hidden gem in Fort Collins and my go to restaurant for Asian cuisine and sushi. If you dine in, Jimmy’s service is above par. If you order for delivery, it’s always been lightning fast for me. I’ve frequented Chili House for the better part of 6 years now.
