Would rate this place much higher if it wasn’t for the lady who took my order. I’ve been here multiple times and she’s rude, makes you feel like you can’t order fast enough (even though no one else was behind me lol) and wasn’t helpful when I asked what was popular. Not sure why they picked her to run the front. The food is decent though.
Rude Employee & Uncooked Meat. I ordered a brat sandwich, which I normally order, and this last time it was not fully cooked. The brat was pink almost all the way through. I called to explain the situation and the person who answered was very short with me, telling me it was supposed to be pink and that they ‘knew how to cook them’ She then asked me what I thought she should ‘do’ since if they sent another, it would be the same way. I ordered another sandwich that she said would ‘take awhile’ since it was hot, and did I want a cold one instead. She was very short, demanding and rude, not admitting to a mistake being made or being helpful about fixing it. It’s such a shame because I have been a loyal customer for years but won’t be going back.
I can’t think of a worse place to get a sandwich!
