Great local restaurant!!. I had the Frontier burger and fries, it was outstanding.
Excellent. Can only assume that the negative reviews here have been bought and paid for. This is a terrific place for breakfast or lunch. Outstanding home made potato chips, excellent home made fries. Perfectly cooked eggs and the bacon is the best in town, thick and crisp and delicious. Griddle biscuits are a taste sensation unto themselves.But for the ultimate in taste sensations, go for the Black Betty – don’t read it or you won’t order it, just do it. They know how to cook a burger to order.And while we’re at it, the cole slaw is outstanding and the breakfast burritos are about the size of your head.Last but not least, great service from all!
I have no idea what some of these other people are talking about!!!!! My husband and I love this place!!!! The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The portions are HUGE so either come hungry or be ready to take some leftovers home with you. My favorite items to get are the Favorite Omelet and the Cowboy Papas and my husband always gets the Taos Papas. Their griddle biscuits, homemade jam, and thick cut bacon are to die for!!!!!! Sometimes the wait is a little long but it’s totally worth it!!!!
Black Betty burger was really good. Patty had good flavor. Not impressed w/the messy fries. Fries tasted old and the sauces that covered them weren’t very flavorful.
Extremely Large Portions. Best bang for your buck breakfast joint. The portion sizes are disgustingly large. The flavor was all right. For as large as their menu is, I was disappointed that standard breakfast items were left off (specifically Eggs Benedict). There’s really nothing that stands out about this place other than the large portions. I guess I was hoping for something special.
Was told this was a great place to have breakfast food was just awesome. However, ranchers lots of food but chicken fried steak tough, hash browns were mush. The whimpie cowboy hash browns were like mashed potatoes. Biscuits dry and crusty. But Ali our waitress was awesome.
