So sad. Genoa was always this wonderful engaging bar, with wait staff that actually did their job. tonight in order to get service you had to walk up to the bar and ask, although there were people who looked like they worked there it was very seldom that they came to our table, luckily there’s a new venue across the parking lot.
Love the food! Bruschetta is awesome! Spinach ravioli is wonderful! Love it!!
Bad service. Over 12 mins. for 2 coffees and they were the wrong size. 5 people that came after my wife and I were served before us. I asked the barista if she was going to make our coffees and where our food was after 15mins. with few patrons and she had no clue about our order. I told her our coffee order again, our food finally came, still no coffee, she asked again about our coffee order. Finally got our coffees, once again, the wrong sizes and I ordered them in to-go cups, they came in ceramic cups. The food: Gross green chili on my burrito, my wife’s panini had an ice cold egg in the center. This place sucks, customer service sucks, food sucks. Waste of time and money.
Genoa, not your average Corporate Coffee!. I like Genoa Coffee, warm, attractive and light years ahead of the chain coffeeshops. This is a real Coffeehouse with the option of wine & music too!Great coffee, Great Re-Fill policy (important) Great staff!That brings me to the Atmosphere, this is housewife heaven and that makes it a great manly place too!Let’s not overlook a above average patio!
