  Stopped by to get a bagel this morning and was startled by how terrible the whole experience was, from walking in the door of this Panera wanna-be chain, to interacting with staff to the actual bagel itself. My wife has Celiac’s disease and the cashier was incredibly rude and condescending about how real bagels can’t be made without gluten. I mean, come on man. Real bagels can’t be made in Fort Collins but I’m giving you a shot. We don’t need a college kid cashier being an jagoff about bagel purity in a bastardized strip mall bagel joint, and what makes it worse is that he’s just wrong. I’ve eaten a lot of bagels, and my wife has eaten a lot of gluten-free bagels and… well I don’t know what to tell you but they exist. We’ve eaten at plenty of bagel shops in NYC with gluten-free bagels, and the ones that didn’t have gluten-free weren’t putzes about it. I still got a bagel because I don’t have an issue with gluten and the bagel was deeply mediocre. I would have been better satisfied with a lump of dough from the grocery store.

  Great!. My hands down favorite bagel place. Get the bacon egg and cheese bagel sandwitch. The best part is their fresh made bagels.
