Vile food an poor service. The mahi tacos (which I’d seen rave reviews for) were overcooked and the chicken on their nachos appeared to have been boiled? Our server balked at questions on the menu and couldn’t even be located when it was time to pay up. You couldn’t pay me to come back.
So I usually love island grill, went last night on a Tuesday for the catfish fry..it wasn’t overly crowded but steady…hostest was rude when she seated us, waited 15 min for our waiter to come to take our order, then waited 45 min he didn’t even bring us our drinks and we were ignored so we walked out. Worst service ever.
I love this place. My favorite is the fish n chips. Yum! I haven’t had a bad meal here. We love the casual atmosphere and how much open space there is. Our kids love the fish tank and the video arcade games. We will always come back here. Oh, the staff is always friendly, prompt and professional.
COLD!. Every time I have ate here the food has been cold. In particular, when the queso came out it was so thick, it was easy to see that it had been sitting in the window forever. With that the service isn’t any better either.You might as well as for another drink or refill when they deliver your first one, because you will never get another one.
A really great place to eat. Variety great prices and fish tacos one could die for!
