One of the best sushi outlets in Fort Collins. Tried the Colorado crunchy roll and Tempura Shrimp roll. Absolutely delicious. Quality of food is amazing for what you pay.

Disappointing. Thought I would give a new place a try and was disappointed. Very slow service was the primary problem. Prices look really good on the menu but when you add in other charges for things that come standard at other sushi joints in Fort Collins (smelt, soup, salad, etc), the price is probably the same or a bit higher. The sushi roles were ok but lacked some of ingredients typically found other places (scallions, cucumber, etc.) Atmosphere was ok but very loud. Given the selection of places to get good sushi in Fort Collins, Jaws won’t be back on our list.
So good! We always sit at the sushi bar and give the sushi chef free reign. We are NEVER disappointed! Keep it up guys.
