Well, Jeju leaves a nice first impression towards customers, but you may have to experiment with what you’d like. The appetizers are too salty or sweet for my taste, but most others don’t seem to notice. The main meal has no complaints, and the sushi sides may need a better variety. However, the finale is a sweet treat for anyone. I’m feeling neutral about this place for now, so my advice: come here once, and if you want, experiment with something different next time if you weren’t pleased.
The sushi is just ok. Great seating outside, has some good waitstaff and some that seem annoyed by your very presence. No strong reason ro really go back other than the chance to people watch.
There is a resigned shoulder shrug this reviewer feels with eating not-great sushi: At least it’s fish. And this is what they serve at the Old Town Fort Collins Jeju. Want rolls battered and beaten with toppings to hide the flavor of fish? You got it. Want old-ish and weird looking cuts? Walk in. Want good sake drinks? Well on that score you have the right place. The bar is good and lists both wine and beer complement the less than stellar fish. Go north a few blocks to the place on Linden.
Good sushi. Jeju is definitely my favorite sushi place in Fort Collins. It’s not as expensive as Sueheiro and their fish really is insanely fresh. I go here all the time and I’ve never been disappointed by the food.
If you have never been you must go!!!!!. This place has amazing sushi it fresh made fresh taste fresh!!!!! Whats that you say you dont like sushi well they have great meat selctions and stir fyried veggies you ever had.
One of favorites! You’ll get fresh sushi at a decent price. Favorite roll = yami yami roll.
Pretty awesome!. I don’t know why people are fretting about this restaurant but I’d have to say they serve pretty wonderful sushi. I’ve always been entirely pleased when serviced here and the fish is insanely fresh. For individuals who lack to ability to sense the difference between fresh and horrific fish, I’d advice restaurants like Mt. Fuji or other degenerate places who lack the ability to sense the difference either. Jeju’s pretty rad.
