The worst croissant. I was so disappointed when I was served a soggy, raw in the middle, burnt on the edges almond croissant. I stopped in and carried out from the bakery. Also ordered a chai latte. After waiting forever, and I was the only patron in the bakery, I received a warmish, foamless, nearly tasteless chai. Why is this place still open?
It has moved south, its better than ever. It has moved to South College, dont look for it downtown. This is a sweet place for breakfast, brunch, or lunch. The sandwiches are great! I have spent enough time in Paris to know this is run by a real French baker who knows his craft and honors his ingredients. Go there midweek, take your time, drink some wine with your meal, end your meal with their excellent pastries and a coffee.you can’t take a stroll along the Siene afterwards, but its more convenient than going all the way to France for lunch.
We were seated. Our orders taken. Waiter brought my husband’s food. 22 minutes later mine is still sitting up at the counter. Another waitress grabs mine and another patrons. Gives me wrong food. Waiter never checks back in on us. Never gets husband’s request for condiment. They only take cash- which is not mentioned anywhere in the actual restaurant. And what’s worse – no one cared.
Zut alors!!! Unfortunatel…. Zut alors!!!Unfortunately we never got to sample the food here. The menu looked great and the atmosphere was charming, but when the table beside us, who arrived 5 minutes after we did, was served first, we decided to leave. Ooh les Francaise:(
The Bakery side isn’t open on Tuesdays :(. Decided to go here due to the Great Plates of Fort Collins promotion. Ended up getting the Cocotte Brioche due to the bakery side being close on Tuesdays. It was absolutely delicious though, I will definitely be back!
Great food and service. Typical break fast for 2 is up around 30 rather than 20. Would add another dollar sign to the price tag. Will definitely come back and do recommend to others. Brioche is awesome
Took my wife for her birthday, she got poached eggs with holandaise sauce in a boinet basket, I got the cordon bleu crepe and my daughter ate the strawberry chocolate crepe! Everything was devine! They also gave my wife a chocolate croissant for her birthday!
