Worst service ever!!!! We could have driven to Loveland (where the Pho is much better) and been back before we got our food at this place. The restaurant got pretty busy after we sat down. We were the first ones there and the last to receive our food…very frustrating!19 Sep, 2014Worst service ever!!!!
Unfortunate. We stopped by on a blustery evening hoping for some pho to warm ourselves. Having never had a bad pho experience we were so looking forward to our meal. Our waiter was extremely friendly and we ordered the special consisting of a shrimp pocket, spring roll, soda and pho for $9.50. This is where our experience went downhill fast. The shrimp in the pocket was not deveined, spring roll has a strong fish taste (probably from being fried with the shrimp over and over again), and the sauce to dip it in was adding nothing to the rolls. All previous pho experience came out with piping hot and this did not carry that same head of steam. I dressed up my pho typical to my style, yet still found it lacking. No matter what I did to it, I could not coax any flavor from the bland pho broth. The vegetables that come to accent your pho were dried up to the point of curling around the edges. A truly bad food experience.
I thought their pho lacked flavor. The broth was weak. The garnishes were wilted and the egg rolls were not worth eating. I’ve tried eating here a few times just to make sure my bad experience wasn’t a one time slip up. Unfortunately, the empty restaurant at peak times is telling.
Best pho’ in town
