On the way to my work i have stopped at multiple occasions at qdoba for have qucik breakfast. I love the mix salad with lots choice as breakfast.. i normally overload the eggs,corn and greens. the overall mized salad of my own choice is always great. But the other stuff like burritos or dips were not as per my expectations. queso was very weak wasn’t flavored well.Salsa has to be the best for a mexican outlet but i have had better salsa elswhere. So had to stoped going for anything else but breakfast. Rest all is good staff is nice helpful. Please work on your dips i know its a chain so may be std recipe but can be improved.
One of my more liked build a burritos for one very good reason; cheese dip. I don’t know what’s up with Northern Colorado but there is no decent queso here. I’m not saying Qdoba queso is gourmet or anything but having the option to add it to a burrito or get your burrito ‘smothered’ sets it apart from the many other BA burritos. The corn salsa is delicious and you get more for your dollar here than say at Chipotle. My favorite is the steak burrito, I do wish they had an option for sliced steak instead of just cubed steak.
