Rainbow Restaurant. What great food! Had the best and most nutritious lunch at the Rainbow. If you are looking for a place with a great menu, good service, delicious food, and affordable pricing – this is the place! Can’t beat the location – right across from CSU on Laurel.
Best lunch in Fort Collins!. This is more than a vegetarian restaurant! The fresh foods prepared with the most delicious blend of flavors makes for a real treat. The guacamole veggie burger with brussel sprouts salad is the best lunch in Ft Collins. Pair that with a cold Sunshine brew and you will leave happy! Great staff and fun art on the walls!
2 Thumbs up!!. What a great place! The food was so fresh and the new menu items are really exceptional…The staff are really friendly and accommodating. I would definitely eat here again.
Every time I am in Fort Collins I make it a point to stop in and have breakfast. The food is always delicious and the service is extremely friendly. The Pumpkin Bread French Toast is a must try. Yum!
Yum and gluten free. They catered an event in Brighton, CO. the first day they had soup and salad, one soup choice was squash anyone who had it was asking for the recipe, I was pleasantly surprised to find gluten free bread offered both days, on day two they had a gluten free lasagna main dish with a choice of meat or meatless sauce. I’ve been off gluten for 11 years and it made the conference extra special to have food that I could eat, plus the lasagna was excellent, thick moist, tons of flavor and the sauce was exceptional. The two waiters were attentive to details and nothing was missed, they had a great attitude for both days.
Overrated?. Was expecting better after reading the reviews. the french onion soup was ok, but mostly just really salty, and the cheese enchiladas were bad- the red chile sauce didn’t look fresh and just wasn’t that good, the garnish included onions that tasted old and bitter, and the tortillas were dried out to the point of being stale, I could barely cut through them with my knife. Not sure if I’ll be back to give it a second chance.
If the food wasn’t so amazing I wouldn’t bother to eat here. I love being able to find healthy vegan food right on the menu, but the service is painful! No one helps eachother out, so everything takes twice as long to accomplish as it needs to.
