Amazing beef and roasted vegetables!. My family and I having been eating at Rodizio Grill in Fort Collins for quite a few years now. I chose to eat there for my birthday last night and we had an amazing time. As usual, the service was great. We were seated immediately and our hostess was very attentive. She refilled our drinks without being asked to do so and brought us everything we needed. The gaucho food servers came every few minutes and as usual the meat was incredible. I love all of their different types of steak and the roasted vegetables are one of my favorites. I also like that there is something new each time we eat at Rodizio. Last night, it was roasted pork wrapped in bacon with parmesan cheese and creamy mashed potatoes with garlic. Both were outstanding. I cant say enough about how much I enjoyed having my birthday at Rodizio. I recommend eating there for both special occasions or any time you want some really great meat. Also, you will be surprised to find that it is very inexpensive for kids to eat there too.
Delicious but be careful that salad bar will trick you. It’s so large and has so much you will be full before you ever get the meat service! All in all though it’s a great different experience.
Awesome meat!. Went with some co workers on an expense account while in Ft Collins. No one left hungry or disappointed. Not cheap but very good!!
After going on the New Belgium brewery tour it was just a couple of blocks to get to Rodizio. A great place for carnivorous friends to get together in Fort Collins. Nobody left hungry!
Great Time. I’ve been to Rodizio several times. Had dinner there recently with family and some friends.We brought a pack of kids. It’s a fun concept and we all had a great time. It was the first time I can remember seeing a couple of those kids rubbing their bellies and complaining of being too full. There must have been 15 or 20 different selections presented by their servers. Most were excellent. We bought some deserts and shared them around. All were excellent. There’s a huge salad bar with something for everyone. The restaurant was very nice. It was clean, well furnished and classy. The staff was great. Everyone seemed to enjoy working there. This is the place to go as a family if you want to fill up a bunch of kids. It’s probably not the place for an intimate romantic dinner.
Good food. Bad experience.. Not a very professional place. Rude manager. Unattentive staff.Food was great but the experience definitely isn’t worth the price.
