very good ambience , staff was very attentive ,got my food in no time but it wasn’t appetizing at all. I had odered taco . it was over loaded but the bread was too small and wet. couldnt hot the filling at all. So i had to struggle with it to eat. the dessert wasnt too great too. i would say its fast food of BBQ food but we can definelty improve on the quality of food to match ambience and service standard. Dollar rack were allo too fatty and went straight to garbage. will not go back for food again unless there is nothing open in town.

Not bad….. Well, being from the south..I know good bbq. This isn’t the best but I’ve certainly have had MUCH worse. The sausage was really good. I like the sauces. Pulled pork was decent and loved the cheesy potatoes. My super picky son ate those up. 🙂 Not a fancy place, but clean and the servers were nice.
I have had the Texas taco and the baked potatoe with pulled pork. The tater was different but good and huge. The taco was good but would have been much better with some BBQ sauce. It seemed a bit dry not because the meat was dry because it wasn’t, but it’s the pulled pork, cheesy potatoes, etc with no sauce left me wanting some awesome bbq sauce. The sauces to choose from here are awful. Hot sauce based BBQ sauce is not my favorite. If you like great sauces, and I do, this isn’t your best bet.
Ribs and brisket were overcooked and mushy. Rub and sauce were waaay too salty. Pulled pork was tender and still had some moisture and flavor. Potato salad is from a Sysco tub.Nothing like Texas. Such a shame.
I’m from Texas, and the only thing like home from here is the sausage. I ordered brisket, sausage, turkey and a side of beans. The brisket came out of a steamer flavorless, the turkey was cold and the beans were not fully cooked. The staff wasn’t friendly. The atmosphere was good.
